khaleel rehman khan sadly passed away when he was was knocked off his bycicle when a police car,answering a 999 call hit him,khaleel flew higher then a double deker bus and landed 30meters away,khaleel was a kind-hearted boy who loved his parents and wanted to make them happy.khaleels post mortem examination showed that he had suffered from a severe fracture of the neck at the base of the skull.khaleel was loved by many people.
